We are looking for a Country Marketing Manager to lead and execute Ringover’s marketing strategy in Spain, reporting directly to the Country Sales Manager - Spain.

In this role, you’ll own the go-to-market strategy, adapting global marketing initiatives to fit local needs, while also driving locally inspired campaigns. You’ll collaborate closely with our global marketing teams (Brand & Content, SEO, Product Marketing, Growth) to ensure Ringover’s voice and vision resonate in the Spanish market.

You’ll work hand-in-hand with the local sales team to generate demand, support pipeline creation, and build strong brand awareness in Spain. This is a hands-on role where autonomy, creativity, and a sharp eye for performance are key to success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the marketing plan for Spain in line with global and local business goals.
  • Localize and implement global marketing campaigns, assets, and strategies to meet Spanish market needs.
  • Create original content and campaigns tailored to the Spanish audience (case studies, social media, email campaigns, ads, etc.).
  • Plan andrun demand generation activities, including digital marketing, field events, webinars, partnerships, and PR initiatives.
  • Analyze campaign performance and pipeline contribution, continuously optimizing for ROI.
  • Be thelocal brand ambassador, ensuring consistent messaging and brand identity across all Spanish marketing channels.
  • Build stronglocal partnerships with business allies, associations, media, and ecosystem players.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing tolocalize sales enablement tools and develop custom materials for the sales team.
  • Conductmarket and competitor research to identify opportunities and deliver insights to global teams.
  • Manage and track thelocal marketing budget in alignment with global guidelines.


    Required Qualifications:

    • Fluent in Spanish and English (C2, written and spoken).
    • Minimum5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS.
    • Proven ability to manage marketing campaignsend-to-end: planning, execution, and performance analysis.
    • Strong content creation skills and understanding of local buyer personas and channels.
    • Experience incross-functional collaboration across sales, product, and global marketing teams.
    • Autonomous, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
    • Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Google Suite, and Notion is a plus.
