As a Content Marketer, you will sit at the crossroads of brand and performance. You’ll be responsible for creating and managing high-impact content across multiple channels and countries - both organic and paid.
You’ll report to Valentin (Head of Growth) and collaborate closely with:
Sarah (freelance Social media Content Marketer) - for tone, structure and editorial excellence.
Bertrand (freelance Growth Marketer) - for paid campaigns to ensure alignment between messaging and performance goals.

As a Content Marketer, your missions will be to:
🎨 Oversee and produce impactful content for Hero’s acquisition campaigns:
Own the creation of copy and creatives (statics, videos…) - either directly or via freelancers
Combine internal capabilities with trusted external partners to scale output efficiently
Ensure brand consistency and performance-driven execution, aligned with our brand and marketing goals
🔍 Lead strategic thinking and creative ideation
Conduct market watch and trend research to stay ahead of creative and strategic shifts
Analyze campaign performance and extract learnings to optimize content
Bring bold, strategic ideas to briefs and co-build campaigns from concept to delivery
Your Hero Profile? 🦸
With 3+ years of experience in social ads or content creation, ideally within a B2C brand or creative agency, you bring a hands-on mindset and a strong interest in performance and conversion
A creative mind with a sharp eye for storytelling, branding, and digital ad formats
A strong writer, with an editorial sensibility and ability to work within product constraints
Data-driven: you understand both paid and organic content metrics/ data, and adapt content accordingly
Organized, proactive, and capable of juggling multiple projects at once
Agile and flexible, you thrive in fast-paced and high-growth environments
Fluent in French and English is mandatory
Speaking German/ Italian/ Spanish is a plus ;)
