As an IT Support & Operations Intern, you’ll gain hands‑on experience across hardware, software, and the operational workflows that keep our internal IT environment running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, working with data, and contributing to efficient internal processes
You’ll collaborate with several internal IT teams and gain exposure to a wide range of activities involving hardware, software, and operational support. These elements may include:
• Support internal users with hardware, software, and workstation‑related issues
• Set up and maintain standard hardware and build workstations for new hires
• Install, update, and troubleshoot standard software
• Work with Microsoft and Apple operating systems
• Assist with A/V equipment and conference room setups
• Create and manage Active Directory user accounts
• Maintain accurate hardware and software inventory records
• Support software‑related operational tasks such as license updates, vendor portal administration, and software request workflows
• Perform basic data validation and help identify optimization opportunities
• Prepare simple Excel‑based reports and documentation
• Contribute to continuous improvement of IT Support processes

We offer a monthly gross salary of €2,139 for HTL students and €2,632 for University and FH students.
