Product Knowledge Managers are product experts on an Agicap product line. Your goal is to make sure that the users are getting the most value from the product. The PKM leverage 3 missions to reach this goal : support,knowledge & project.
As a product expert, you will provide top notch product training and documentations to the business teams so they can better leverage all the product capabilities.
As a product support, you will be able to tackle any product & tech issues raised by the business teams that prevent our customer to use its full potential.
As a project manager, you will handle projects that will enable the users to get more value from the product.
Your role is key in our organization as a pivot between customer success, sales and product / tech teams.
You are graduated from a top engineering or business school
You are fluent in, at least, English and one of the following languages : French, Italian, German or Spanish
You are customer, problem and impact oriented
You have a first experience in a tech environment
You demonstrate methodological rigor
You have a strong team spirit and have experience working with CS, sales, tech, PM, marketing teams
You are an excellent communicator and are able to share your vision
You are ambitious and the startup mindset attracts you
