👤 About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Intern to support the HR team in daily administrative and operational tasks. This role offers hands-on exposure to HR processes, employee lifecycle management, and internal coordination

Key Responsibilities

• Support HR administrative tasks

• Maintain and update HR databases / HR CRM

• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes

• Support recruitment activities: CV screening, interview scheduling, candidate follow-up

• Help organise internal events, trainings, and team activities

• Track attendance, leaves, and absences, and support HR reporting

• Ensure proper data accuracy, organisation, and confidentiality

• Provide general support on HR projects and day-to-day operations

Profile Required

• Student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or related field

• Strong interest in HR administration and operations

• Highly organised, reliable, and detail-oriented

• Good communication skills (French required, English is a plus)

• Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets and administrative tools

• Respectful of confidentiality and HR best practices

The recruitment process at Yakeey includes:

• A role-specific interview with your future manager

• A final meeting with top management (if needed)
