Jouw missie 💌

Als BDR is het jouw missie om leads om te zetten in zakelijke kansen en een MKB-doelgroep te bereiken.

Jouw doel? Aantrekkelijke leads die interesse hebben getoond, betrekken, kwalificeren en koesteren via op maat gemaakte nurturingstrategieën.

Jouw dagelijkse werkzaamheden 🗓

• Marketingleads verwerken en betrekken via een multichannelaanpak (telefoon, e-mail, social selling) om gekwalificeerde kansen te identificeren.
• Inkomende leads kwalificeren door hun interesse en de projectrijpheid te analyseren.
• Een groot aantal project discovery calls uitvoeren (60 gesprekken per dag) om gekwalificeerde kansen te genereren.
• Introductiegesprekken plannen en voeren om de specifieke behoeften van prospects te begrijpen.
• Prospects ondersteunen bij hun besluitvorming en hen in elke fase van de koopcyclus de juiste middelen bieden. Je pijplijn creëren en koesteren door zeer gepersonaliseerde leadtracking te onderhouden tot aan het aankoopmoment.
• Nauw samenwerken met de marketing- en salesteams om de leadconversie te optimaliseren. Verrijk accounts met geschikte scrapingtools (Sales Navigator, Salesforce, Lusha, enz.).
• Neem deel aan strategische evenementen (beurzen, rondetafelgesprekken, enz.) samen met de sales- en marketingteams.

• Met een "hunter"-karakter en een passie voor business development ben je vasthoudend en resultaatgericht.
• Je communiceert goed, je hebt een onberispelijke spelling en de telefoon is je beste vriend.
• Je spreekt vloeiend Frans en Nederlands.
• Ten slotte combineer je autonomie en teamwerk om proactief te zijn en je boekingsdoelen te behalen.
• Er is geen kennislacune die niet kan worden opgevuld. Dus zelfs als je niet aan alle vereisten voldoet of niet alle vermelde kwalificaties hebt, zijn we nog steeds geïnteresseerd in je profiel.

Il n’existe aucune lacune en matière de connaissances qui ne puisse être comblée. Donc, même si vous ne remplissez pas absolument toutes les exigences ou n’avez pas exactement chaque qualification indiquée, votre profil nous intéresse quand même.
