SQALA, a subsidiary of CLASQUIN group, is looking for a 4PL Team Lead based in Casablanca, Morocco.

Your missions will be:

Team management & reporting

  • Coordinate and support daily operations of the team

  • Ensure compliance with SOPs and promote continuous improvement

  • Be the main contact point for escalations and complex cases

  • Monitor KPIs and communicate performance insights

  • Facilitate communication, coaching, and knowledge sharing within the team

  • Collaborate with IT and clients to optimize processes

Support activities

  • Processing of requests in compliance with quality standards and deadlines

  • Contribution to the implementation of the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)

  • Strict adherence to the SOP

  • Level 1 support

  • Communicate with suppliers to correct anomalies

  • Support PO portfolio monitoring and report issues

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiative


Preferred experience

Requirements for this permanent contract:

  • 1–2 years of experience as a Team Lead within an operational support team (IT, logistics, or customer service)

  • Experience in logistics, operations, or administrative support is an advantage

  • Good communication and organizational skills

  • Fluent in English and French
